ANGELA BELFORD

Angela Belford is a Northwest Arkansas-based executive coach, professional speaker, and author, and co-founder of Be Freaking Awesome. She’s the author of Be Freaking Awesome (2017) and Traveling Light: Free Yourself from the Crap in Your Head (2023), with a third book, The Invisible Edge, forthcoming. She’s a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a TEDx speaker, and speaker coach for TEDxFayetteville and TEDxBentonville. She’s also CEO of The Belford Group, the marketing agency she’s run with her husband, Barry, since 1999.

SAMI KINNISON

Sami Kinnison is a communication coach, facilitator, and co-founder of Be Freaking Awesome, working with growth-minded business owners and senior leaders on hard conversations, boundaries, and leading without burning out. She’s co-hosted the Be Freaking Awesome podcast on-air since November 2022 and has organized TEDxFayetteville and TEDxDicksonStreet events since 2017. She also holds a role as Associate Creative Director at The Belford Group.
