Epic Impact follows a structured journey from internal clarity to external validation, with each stage building on the one before it.
Monthly 90-Minute Mastermind and Speaking Lab
Each month, the cohort gathers for one 90-minute session that combines focused teaching, strategic discussion, feedback, application, and public speaking coaching.
Monthly One-on-One Coaching
Each participant also receives a separate one-on-one coaching session every month with Angela, Sami, or both, depending on where they are in the journey.

Angela Belford
Founder of The Belford Group since 1999 and author of three books. A Distinguished Toastmaster, she delivered her own TEDx talk and has helped five other first-time authors publish their own books and coached numerous additional speakers, including other TEDx speakers.

Common questions.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to build?
No. You need enough experience to know that there is meaningful work inside you and enough readiness to explore what it could become. The first phase of Epic Impact is designed to help you find the through line, identify your center, and clarify what deserves to become your next chapter.
Do I need to own a large business?
No. Epic Impact is designed for accomplished business owners and leaders with a meaningful track record of experience. The size of your company matters less than the depth of your expertise and your readiness to build from it.
What kind of individual support is included?
Every participant receives a separate one-on-one coaching session each month with Angela, Sami, or both. The coach will be selected based on what you need at that point in the process. You will also receive public speaking coaching each month as you build and refine your message and Signature Talk.
Will I finish a book, course, or podcast during the program?
The core Epic Impact journey helps you build the intellectual and strategic foundation for those assets: your point of view, message, Story Vault, Signature Talk, community, and validated offer. The program does not promise that every participant will publish a finished book during the ten months; you will likely end up with a manuscript.
What will I have at the end of 10 months?
You will leave with a defined and validated point of view, clear language for what you want to be known for, a strategic Story Vault, a signature message, a developed and tested Signature Talk, stronger public speaking skills, the beginnings of an engaged community, an initial offer tested with real people, and a strategic path toward the authority assets you want to build.
Is this primarily a business program or a personal development program?
It is both because sustainable growth requires both. You will build real messages, assets, opportunities, and offers. You will also examine the beliefs and patterns that influence whether you consistently use them.
How much time will this require?
Plan for one 90-minute mastermind session each month with public speaking coaching, one individual coaching session, and approximately four to eight hours of development work between sessions.
Is the program in person or virtual?
Both. Participants may join in person in Fayetteville, Arkansas, or through video conferencing.
What happens when I book a conversation?
The conversation is an opportunity to explore what you are being called toward, what has kept it from moving forward, and whether Epic Impact is the right container for this stage. It is not a pressure-filled sales call.
